Food Engineer and Chemist, with a postgraduate degree in Management from Unicamp, with extensive experience and knowledge in the meat industry. Hélio worked for 27 years at Sadia/BRF, where he started as an intern and rose to Vice President of Global Operations, leading several areas across the company’s entire operational chain, from animal production and slaughter to the industrialization of poultry, pork, margarines, pizzas, and ready meals. He also led the areas of Procurement, Integrated Planning, Management Control, Engineering, and R&D. Hélio joined JBS Australia in 2020, where he led Operations at Primo Foods for three years before taking on the role of Head of Operational Excellence at JBS and Operations Director of Prepared Foods at Seara.
