Evoluir Program – Young Apprentice

The Evoluir Program, which develops talent within the production area, is the main gateway for young people who want to start their careers with a strong competitive advantage while accelerating their professional growth.

The program combines theoretical training provided by Instituto J&F (the group’s own educational institution responsible for the academic curriculum) with in-person professional practice, introducing young talents to the business environment and launching their careers within the company.

The JBS Internship Program offers a development journey focused on results and the skills most valued by the market, with close guidance from leaders and specialists, as well as a structured learning path for both technical and behavioral development through real-world challenges.

NAE JBS

JBS’s Business Lawyer Center offers the opportunity to work within the JBS legal team,
specifically in the litigation area, across JBS units located throughout Brazil.

Requirements:

Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Availability to work onsite at facilities in the locations specified for each edition
(100% in-person role)
Availability for relocation and travel

Global Talent JBS is a global opportunities program across JBS units around the world — an initiative that turns dreams into real opportunities.
