Instituto J&F is a Business Education Center created to support Educational Companies — organizations that make education an essential part of their growth strategy and are committed to teaching and continuous learning, as is the case with JBS. Like JBS, Instituto J&F is part of the J&F Holding.
Education Factories
The Educational Factories are educational hubs located within JBS facilities that bring knowledge to the people who build our business every day. With the support of Instituto J&F, we deliver learning opportunities to our units across Brazil.
There are four educational programs:
EVOLUIR JBS (Young Apprentice)
A gateway program for young people aged 18 to 23 who want to begin their journey in production operations.
EJA (Youth and Adult Education)
Offers team members the opportunity to complete their basic education.
VET School (Basic and Vocational Education)
A high school program focused on developing future production leaders.
English at the Factory
Provides English language training for team members, expanding their opportunities to work at the Company’s units abroad.
College Program – Partnership Between JBS and Instituto J&F
The College Program was created as a pillar of structured development, connecting technical expertise, management, and leadership, while reinforcing JBS’s value proposition for its team members, with a direct impact on performance, engagement, and talent retention.
