Marcos Ambrosano

Marcos Ambrosano holds a degree in Production Engineering from FEI and postgraduate qualifications from ESPM and Wharton University. With more than 30 years of experience in the food retail industry, Ambrosano spent 14 years at Walmart Brazil, where he started as an operations trainee and rose to become COO, leading several business formats and regions throughout his career. He also served as President of Makro Brazil for three years, as well as CEO of Sam’s Club during the management of Grupo BIG/Advent International. Before joining Swift, Ambrosano was an Operating Partner at Patria Investimentos, focusing on retail, wholesale club, and distribution investment theses.
