Guilherme Cavalcanti

He was appointed Global CFO and Investor Relations Officer of JBS in January 2019. Prior to that, he served as CFO and Investor Relations Officer of Fibria Celulose S.A. for seven years and held the same position at Vale S.A., where he worked from 2005 to 2011. He was also part of Grupo Globo, where he held roles in Treasury, Controllership, and Strategic Planning from 1997 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he worked at Banco Pactual and Banco Banif/Primus. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
