Fernando Meller

Production Engineer with postgraduate studies in Business Management and specialization in Leadership, with extensive experience in the People and Management sector. Throughout his career, he has led important turnaround projects, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, process optimization, and people management. He worked for nine years at BRF, starting as a Storage and Distribution Supervisor and advancing to the position of Executive Project Manager. For seven years, he headed the areas of Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Labor and Union Relations at Seara. Since 2022, he has held the position of Executive Director of People and Management at JBS.
